the first plugin ban a client in a specified servergroup which you can set in the config data.
the second plugin can assign a servergroup in a specified channel

your plugin of accept rules is very useful i found a slightly more complicated alternative because all users have to go to our site and read the rules to receive the member group after accepting the rules.
I'm sad or not very sad because it would be of great use but it unfortunately gets paid.
