check for teamspeak server updates and notify?

Is it possible to set JTS3ServerMod to check for when a teamspeak server update is available, and notify the admin (in some way) of this?

I don't think that there is a real good way to check for the newest version. Just by parsing the Teamspeak 3 website. I will not implement this, but it would be doable by someone creating a JTS3ServerMod plugin.
