Suggestion: integrate a radio streaming

It will be very nice if we can add to the config some radio streaming addresses in order to have a radio bot too

The TS3 server query interface don't allow audio transmission currently. So not possible.

ok but as the core is written in java it's possible to stream in. As I do with VLC but by client side..

Only the TS3 client can stream audio to a TS3 server. Thats why all current TS3 music bots needs a TS3 client (some of them just hide them in virtual framebuffers).

But yeah, Java itself is able to handle audio streams.
